The tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all questions. He did a good job with the power wash and replacing the outside water tap. It was a little expensive though and the foam he sprayed around the outside water tap looks a little tacky, never seen that before on anyone's tap. But overall I would defiantly call them again.

Tom was so polite. Was on time. Explained everything as he went along. I was so impressed when I made the appointment. Very nice and easy to make appointment with an actual polite person. Tom came out and was so professional. First priority was to fix the air conditioner. Did not try to sell a new one. Knew just what was wrong within a few minutes and did not take much time to get the problem resolved. I signed up for the twice a year service to come out and tune up the air conditioner and heater each year. This is the first time they did not try to upsell. Tom fixed the problem and was there to fix it. This was such a pleasure to finally find an honest company and honest technician who came to do a job. I will definitely look forward to working with Thompson in the future. Thank you Tom for the great service!
