Bought the system from Thompson *Heating*Air Conditioning and they installed it on 10/18/2022. At my request, they came back to make some additional changes that I requested during 2023. Today Ty came out to perform the annual maintenance on the A/C. As I expected, everything checked out OK and there were no outstanding issues. Ty gave me some additional tips on what I could do to ensure the system stays in tip top running condition.

I had Thompson install a tankless water heater after replacing a 20 year old gas water tank. Ramon and Ignacio were the installers. They provided excellent work, are very friendly and professional, and the cost of the project was very competitive. Other individuals at the company I have spoken with including Will and the owner, Garett were also very responsive and profession. I would recommend this company for any plumbing or hvac issues.

Ty Joao serviced our furnace which had issues starting up on cold mornings and maintaining the temperature we set. Ty addressed all of the issues we had, which involved ordering a new part for the furnace and installing it. The furnace had to be shut down for a couple of days while awaiting the part, because the heat exchanger could have been damaged if we had continued to use it. Upon installing the new part under warranty Ty serviced the furnace and replaced the filter. Everything has been working perfectly for some weeks now since he installed the part and completed servicing the furnace. Every technician that has represented Thompsons Heating and Air Conditioning for us over the years has been just like Ty. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. We have no hesitation in calling Thompsons for heating and AC service because of the skill and professionalism of their technicians like Ty. Heating and Cooling Inspection; replaced blower motor capacitor 5uf on Trane gas furnace in attic; replaced dual compressor/CFM capacitor 35x5 & installed compressor hard start kit to improve efficiency and extend life of existing 17yr 3Ton Goodman R22 condenser; cleaned restricted condenser coil, 20 x 25 x 1 pleated filter in place in good condition, recently replaced by Homeowner; 40 degree temperature rise when calling for heat; 13 degree split temp when calling for cool; recommend revisit in September to test pressure for potential adjustments.
Return visit for existing client, will perform work approved on estimate #46524082. Turned water off to residence and drained system, removed existing failed cartridge and replaced with new. Once installed, turned water back on to residence and verified no leaks were present. Reinstated trim and tested for functionality, at this time shower/tub are working as designed

AC Maintenance completed on 5 yr split gas 4 ton Aire-Flo attic system; filters are maintained by homeowner and in good condition; clear condensation drain line; cleaned condenser coil; all components operating properly within manufacturer specifications; recommended Hard start kit to increase efficiency and extend life expectancy of existing condenser
AC check turned diagnostic; no cool , split temp 3 degrees, 66 degrees supply temp; unit flat on 410A 175/30; recommend repair as soon as possible to fit timeline for home sale
Installed new 70,000 btu 2 stage variable speed furnace, 20 seer air conditioner with matching coil, new filter rack, new thermostat along with 7 new r6 duct runs. Could not replace 2 pieces of ducting due to them being unacceptable. Permits included with installation.
Thompson Plumber provided two estimates for removal and put back of kitchen sink parts customer is going to go over estimates and schedule when ready to do work
Upon arrival there was no water to upstairs fixtures, only three fixtures were accessible. Removed aerators from fixtures to remove trapped sediment caused by water heater flush. Was not able to access all fixtures affected, recommend replacing water heater and installation of whole house filtration system. No warranty
Replaced leaking one piece angle stop with new Dahl valve and supply line.
AC Maintenance completed on 10 yr Split gas 4 ton Maytag garage unit; existing filter in good condition; clear condensation drain line; cleaned condenser coil; all components operating properly within manufacturer specifications, no recommendations at this time.
Performed descale service/annual maintenance to existing tankless water heater and replaced tub/shower valve in jack/jill bathroom. Tankless water heater is good for another year and shower valve handle has improved range of motion. Will email client estimates for additional item that will require attention in the future. Thompson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning came to meet with Sara regarding her kitchen faucet. Kitchen faucet no longer swivels, she received repair parts from Delta and also bought a new faucet. She did receive a verbal estimate from Hanna Plumbing, $140 an hour to repair or replace kitchen faucet. Sarah did not want to proceed with us for repairs due to pricing
Return plumbing visit to perform approved work from estimate #46287915. Turned water off to reside and replaced exiting house shut off valve and installed new 1” PRV. Replaced total of three angle stops with supply lines. In master bathroom replaced toilet, replaced shower valve diverter stem. In downstairs hallway bathroom replaced angle stops to lavatory. In kitchen corrected negative pitch on sink drainage line and replaced p-trap. In attic space, corrected negative pitch on 1-1/2” & 2” drainage branch lines. Added a sediment drip leg to existing tankless water heater gas line. Installed anti siphoned vacuum breakers to hose bibs on property. Once work was complete tested all work and ensured no leaks were present. In master bathroom did notice valve handle was difficult to open/turn water on, mentioned this to Patrice and she stated that it should be repaired but didn’t want to pay for it. Passed that information along to Lisa from Klinge realty and that repair is pending.
For this job the customer stated that they has a gas leak coming from the pot burners we had I installed. I used my gas sniffer and discovered that the leak was coming from the yellow gas hose that connects to the burner on the right. I tighten the gas hose and checked for leaks. No leaks were found. I also tested the burner on the left for leaks and found no issues.
Client is removing the old deck, new deck is a different type of deck that will allow more air to pass through the deck vs the old “solid state deck” there was a fan underneath this old deck to help remove humidity and allow air movement. They just wanted to confirm what is was and if it should be left there or removed. I advised it can be removed as the new deck will allow for more air movement.
