Called for service at 8:30 a.m. Jose arrived about 20 minutes later. He replaced a leaky toilet float valve, replaced the water supply line, installed a new petcock water supply valve and was out the door by 10:30 a.m. Excellent service, fair pricing, And a real gentleman plumber.

Excellent service, value, quality, punctuality, responsiveness

Latest need to call on Thompson was water heater quit and was leaking water thru the door at its front. When I called and spoke to Will he set up an immediate appointment and the tech would be here in about 20 minutes! Ignacio arrived exactly as promised and proceeded to determine the problem. The 20 year old water heater was finally in need of being replaced! Ramon arrived with the new unit and together they proceeded to remove the old and install the new unit. Then they checked all the faucets to make sure they were responsive before they left. Thank you Will ,Ignacio, and Ramon for such a speedy recovery!

17 y.o System check Client called us out today due to no cooling taking place when calling for AC. Cycled cooling. System is producing a 1 to 2° split. Normal should be 18 to 20°. Inspected condenser, secondary motor control is within spec. Hooked up refrigerant gauges and found the system was fairly flat 35/180. This would indicate a refrigerant leak somewhere on the line sets. Due to the state and age of the system, advised clients be wary of major repairs, and to look at the prospect of modernizing system. Clients have elected to move forward with UV dye/sealant with accompanying refrigerant. Recharged to just under 6 pounds and injected UV dye/sealant. System is now producing an 18° split. Follow up will be scheduled for two weeks. Clients can credit up to $800 of today’s repair towards new system. Thank you for trusting Thompson with your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Clients called us out today due to condenser being non-operational. Client stated they had left furniture on top of condenser while running. Cycled cooling. System would operate normally and is putting out a 15 to 16° split. Assuming system tripped on high limit switch and needed to reset. Secondary motor control is within spec. Hooked up refrigerant gauges and found pressures to be good. No hard start kit present. Client is interested in replacing registers throughout home as well as updating ducting system. Thank you for trusting Thompson with your heating and cooling needs.

Re lit 2 year old WH, lit up first try with no issues. WH venting properly, tested by holding lighter flame to vent hood and flame was being pulled in. Brent mentioned a tables was in front of intake air gills, could’ve possibly starved for air. Will have to pull burner assembly out of this is a reoccurring concern. Thank you for choosing Thompson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Installed two new 110 thousand BTU single stage furnaces along with two new 16 seer, single stage air conditioners with matching indoor coils on both systems replaced both electrical disconnect boxes added to safety float switches to each unit added new filter location in the attic for the system near the pew. That system no longer needs a filter in the grill. The system in the back of the building still has two filter grills added to thermostat lockboxes to both thermostats.

Came out to look what the problem was with this tankless water heater I noticed it’s brand new just did a quick look at it. Tried to get it to start heavy smell of propane gas. I suggested to call AO Smith should be under warranty and they can send a technician out.
