I've never hired a company as easy and informative to work with than Thomson for my residence and rental property. They offer superb quality at a great price. I was with an HVAC company based in Monrovia for years, and I do not know why I didn't leave sooner. They nickel and dimed me with horrible service, but I guess I thought that many HVAC companies were similar. After I found Thomsom, I realized there actually are really good people out there who care about their customers. Thomson reps will take their time to explain the ins and outs of the available technical options you have as a consumer. They want to make sure you pick what fits your comfort needs and budget. The warranties they offer are greatest in the industry, and they believe in their products. The employees are also super courteous and helpful. From what I understand, they are treated the best in the industry also, and it shows. Personally, I recently installed a new furnace unit in each of my properties and I've never been more satisfied. I highly recommend anyone considering maintenance or new installs, please give these guys a try. You won't regret it!

Very thankful to have called Thomson AC for our A/C and furnace checkup... it was a great experience from making the appointment with Marie to the actual appointment with Will, no issues. In fact they went above and beyond in being patient, explaining things in detail, and just being pleasant. I will definitely be calling them back for additional work when my units finally die (they're almost there) and maintenance, thereafter.
