Thorough and Informative

We are new homeowners and wanted to get our furnace checked out at the start of this fall season. Our technician was respectful of our home, laying down blankets and using booties in our home, the cleaning and checking was thorough, and he patiently answered any and all questions I had as a new home owner. To help ME save money, he recommended I wait until the spring to have my air conditioner checked, though he did look over it. I appreciate his trustworthiness. I am however still waiting to hear back from the company to learn the costs of signing a warrenty with them. I expected to hear back by now which is the only reason for the overall experience being a 4 instead of a 5. But, this does seem to be a 5 start company!

Always good service but arrived 2 hours late, appt time was 9-11, arrived at 1pm. Not what you would expect in today's service standards.
