Sam is the definition of Customer Service! He is so knowledgeable of his work and so kind to answer all of my questions ( I had a LOT of questions). He took the time to explain to me all the things I had asked in a manner in which I could really understand. He shines with the pride he takes in his work. When they answer the phone there, they ask, "How can we make you smile?". I feel that is not just a phrase; they really do mean it. Very pleased with my experience. So glad I called Tiger.
