I called TIGER to have some sinks removed and reinstalled for a basement waterproofing project being done by a different company. I had to get a plumber to my house right away to avoid delays with the project. A service tech (Aaron E.) came right away and was able to look at the situation and get me a quote! Rich H. was able to get us a quote at a great price! They were able to get us scheduled for the work to be done next day! It was a tight schedule for the project so I’m glad they were flexible enough to accommodate. I also got a subscription! As a first time homeowner who knows nothing about a/c, heating, plumbing etc and doesn’t have someone who can help us, it’s a great deal. The subscription is worth it for the maintenance and it waived the service fee for them coming out to quote for the sinks, and for any projects to be done by them in the future! Look into it! Derrick and Brandon did an excellent job replacing my outgoing water lines. They were very professional, new what they were doing and got the job done. After job done both gentlemen cleaned up all trash. Brandon showed before and after pictures of the job done in the crawl space and showed me the replacements on the water heater, and under sinks. They answered all questions I had.

Reliable, friendly, stayed until job was finished, cleaned up after themselves. Took pictures to show the work they had done. Made sure there were no gas leaks and that all gas appliances were working. Also was notified they were on their way and when to expect them. I also like that when you call Tiger plumbling someone actually answers the phone.
