Zack was very professional and knowledgeable of what the issue could be and quickly fixed the issue that day as well as recommended other possible cleaning fixes possible. He assured us that the issue had been fixed and walked me through the steps. He cleaned up any mess that was left over and made sure to wear shoe covers as well as offered to wear a mask when he seen i had a mask on.
