Technicians employed by Tiger are some of the most professional and highly skilled people that I have ever dealt with. They have all exhibited pride in their work and they have a true desire to make the customer happy. However, the people who support them in the office seem to be grossly unorganized and they don’t seem very focused on customer satisfaction.

I had a couple of issues at my home and Tiger sent Cody to work them. He was professional, thorough, and knowledgable. He checked each area completely and fortunately the fix was fairly simple but he also checked my furnaces, filters, and heating and cooling equipment. He also checked the vents in my house (there more than 20) and took several down to view the conduits. He made recommendations that not only addressed my concerns but were smart and saved me money. Cody is a most valuable representative for Tiger. He would easily retain my business even if he didn’t have a great backup team behind him, led by his manager Dan who took the time to talk to me to ensure my issues were addressed and I was satisfied. I have never been happier to be a Tiger club member.

I have always valued my Tiger club membership because of the speed of service but that does not guarantee great service, however, I always get excellent professional service and that was certainly the case with case. Jason was on time, professional, polite, and resolved my plumbing issue quickly and effectively. He knew precisely what to do, had the tools for it and explained exactly what was happening. I was extremely pleased with the service.

I called yesterday about a clogged sink and you guys immediately set up an appointment at my requested time. Chris came right on time and did a great job solving my problem. More than that, he was personable, professional, and a superb representative of Tiger. Sam & his two co-workers completed the job of removing an existing furnace & AC and installing new ones in around 6 hours despite deteriorating weather conditions & several unexpected complications. Because of this we didn't have to spend the night in a motel due to rapidly dropping temps. They were also able to clean our duct work which hadn't been done since the house was built 40+ years ago.
