I had a broken sump pump and dead battery in the backup, and 3” of water in the basement, getting deeper. I woke Kurt up at about 3am and he was cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful for the next 3 hours. He got a new pump installed, waited until the basement had drained to be sure it stopped when it was supposed to, tested the battery backup and verified it needed to be replaced, and answered all my questions.
