The tech that arrived to service my air conditioner was Tom Vagasky. Tom arrived well with in the stated time, did a good job cleaning and checking things over, he was polite and answered a few questions I had. When he completed his tasks inside he put things back where he found them and shut lights off, closed doors . When he finished up outside the house he again cleaned up after completing his tasks and offered to roll the garden hose up that I had gotten out for him, prior to his arrival. Once everything was completed Tom advised that everything was running as it should, the Freon level was where it should be and asked if I preferred a written receipt or an email- great experience with a tech that was polite and thorough, would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
