I had family stay at our old farmhouse and the AC stopped. Town & Country arranged a technician, Nick, to come out at a range of time. They texted me to let me know he could even come out EARLIER! When does that ever happen? They sent a text of his picture so I knew who was coming. When he arrived he found an initial issue which I think some people would have stopped at. He went on to find a second issue and even followed up with checking other items. He was skilled, pleasant to talk to, had all the right tools, parts, and knowledge management at his fingertips. I was able to pay with a tablet right on the spot. Now, I can go on with my day and play euchre with my family in a cooled room.
