Michael was amazing. He was polite and fun and came into a house that was in the midst of remodeling chaos with three children, a dog, and a cat. his work was excellent. He installed three ceiling fans and one dining room light fixture and they look amazing. When one of the light fixtures had a problem out of the box he left very clear instructions on how to order the replacement part through the ceiling fan manufacturer and notated my account that they would return to fix the issue free of charge once the parts arrived. I’ve been very pleased with everything town and country has done for us, from the initial call, to the dispatchers, to the technicians. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
