Performed 32 point Gas furnace heating tune up.Replaced air filter ,Checked carbon monoxide levels and checked Gas pressures.Cycled Unit On/Off at thermostat.Unit operating properly.Thank you !

Air-conditioning tuneup, replace filters high-efficiency type, clean condenser coil, operating OK. Advise customer to clear plants that are too close to the unit and causing it to have plants growing into the coil. She said she’ll take care of it.
