Our A/C failed one month after their seasonal inspection. It was 15 years old. Jeff said they didn't want to have us incur a high cost repair or replacement if they could keep it working with low cost repairs. They said the repair cost would be too expensive and they refunded the cost of the minor repair they performed during the earlier service. Their price for a new Trane system was reasonable and they were able to restore us with A/C within 48 hours of giving them the job. The total on site time for the replacement was 3 1/2 hours.
