My old AC system from the 1990's finally caved in and I needed a new one. I had gotten a quote from another reputable HVAC company, but when I called Ultimate HVAC they came out, inspected and easily beat it. During their visit they did not try to up-sell me things I didn't need and were thorough in in their inspection and recommendations. Their demeanor was excellent and positive - they weren't just sales guys coming out to sell me - I felt very comfortable with them from the start and they were very direct. I didn't have to sit through a half-hour of sales-speak. They also went the extra mile to get me information on possible rebates and whether or not my systems qualified (with multiple follow-up emails that they initiated). They did this of their own volition which I really appreciated it. So I decided to go with them for my new AC system (both condenser and inside coil). They were easy to schedule a time with for the installation and were not pushy in the least. When the time came for installation they were on-time and very professional. They did their work fast and thoroughly. I even had them clean my air ducts. They did a great job with those as well. Lastly, they installed a new Ecobee 4 thermostat and took me through how to use it. Everyone was so nice that it was a pleasure to hang out with them while they did the work. When they finished they cleaned up everything and didn't leave any messes behind. Good stuff. Also, I think they are a family-run company which is great and who I always like to support. I highly recommend this company - they were great!
