My furnace stopped working this morning and my house was freezing. I called ultimate and they were here within 30 minutes and were able to work around my schedule. They had the part in their truck and replaced it for a fair price within 20 minutes. They even answered all my questions while I was watching them install it. I will only call them for service from now on

Both Chano and his son came to service the humidifier water line for my HVAC. They are extremely nice and courteous. Very professional and explain their assessment of the situation (They put on shoe covers even though I said it was ok if they didn't). I highly recommend them, as they are a family owned and operated, and will take care of your concerns.
