This is the second time we used their service. We used other HVAC guys at different occasions, by comparison, Chano is definitely more knowledgeable, more willing to figure out different options and solutions, and most importantly, he is able to communicate those options with details, so that the home owner can make a informed decision. I'm also impressed how much he is focused on the quality of the job, We once asked him to put in a vent in a bedroom and he stressed a couple of times that it won't help that much because of the way the duct work was done. We decided to do it anyway for other purpose, but we really appreciate that he is thoughtful about the cost benefit for his customer and wanted them to do things that are worth the money. Highly recommended.
