Obviously, my job was a complicated one. It would have benefitted everyone, including Ricky, to have some additional help to solve all of the issues we were finding in a more timely manner.. One problem seemed to lead to another. From the first initial visit, it took a total of 10 days to get us back up and going with water. On a positive note, Ricky is cordial, and takes criticism like a champ. I called him after hours when my washer flooded my kitchen and he quickly returned my call that night. My biggest complaint is that my repairs were left incomplete to go to other job sights. That happened more than once.. I was brought up, when you start something, you finish it before you move on. In my opinion, that is something Upchurch Plumbing can improve on. But as I sit here on my computer, listening to my washing machine running and draining smoothly, the extreme stresses of the last week without water are finally slipping away. Ricky is an asset to Upchurch Plumbing. You need to get him some helpers so you can keep him.
