New Furnace Needed

My old furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. U.S. Heating and Air Conditioning was able to send a technician to look at it that same day in the afternoon.. He found that it had a cracked heat exchanger and told me it would cost almost as much to fix it as to get a new furnace. My furnace was 13 years old, and I decided to get a new furnace. Another man from the U; S. Heating and Air Conditioning company came by later that afternoon to talk to me about new makes and models of furnaces and what they currently had in stock. I selected one, and it was installed the next day by Ron and Tony. Both were extremely polite and professional. They came back the next morning to install a new air conditioner which I had purchased along with the furnace. I only had to spend two days and one full night without heat until the new furnace was installed, and the company loaned me an electric space heater to help me keep warm during that time. The installation went smoothly, and I am well satisfied with the new furnace. It is an Amana, and it is very quiet.

Brendan, my service technician, was very polite, friendly, and helpful. He did my annual furnace tune-up, put a new filter in the humidifier, and replaced the capacitor. Brendan was very patient in explaining to me about why a new capacitor would be needed soon. The service Brendan provided really was excellent.

Bosch Tankless Water Heater
