Subject Matter Expert regarding my A/C and heating system. Completely thorough in demonstrating the operating and indicating functions of the surge protector upgrade that he installed, to include how to reset the units in the event of a power failure. Conducted a comprehensive review of the work order and warranty compliance requirements. Though the technician probably tried hard to do a good job--he damaged our metal gate by pushing on it the wrong way when he left the property, and he left the door open to our dog's area, creating a mess with flies laying larvae all over their food and resulting in the need to replace their doggie door, which cost $50. This was a very disappointing and costly visit by your technician. Please let us know how you plan to remedy this.

On the purchase of a new house, the builder lead me on to the path of bad experience. He had contracted with a sub HVAC who shouldn't even belonged in the business installing new HVAC systems. My experience with that company was total nightmare---the installation was never corrected to where the system would function properly. However my experience with We Care has left no doubt they are the best in the business for HAVC.
