Technician came to inspect my furnace, was very professional and well mannered. Upon inspecting my furnace, he explained to me the issues it was having, as well as the many options available to asses my problem. All if this in a very thorough and clear way. He never mislead me into buying unnecessary warranties or to make repairs I didn't need. Overall he provided me with the best customer experience available and as a consumer I really appreciate that. I might even consider extending my ESM if that same technician comes and does all my repairs every single time. I would like to thank WeCare for hiring real professional technicians who know exactly what customer service is.
I had to wait a few days because of busy time of year, and then a day more, as at the same time the heat wave hit, the monsoon came too. The area around the outside A/C unit was muddy. I sort of knew what was wrong as the humidity will take out a weak capacitor pretty quick. It ended up just that, a 45$ capacitor. I was happy to find that it was a simple inexpensive, comparatively speaking, repair 350$. It was more than I thought it was going to be after the diagnosis but inline with average costs. I was expecting a deeper discount because of my enrollment in a monthly maintenance program. But the job was done right, quickly and professionally, High amperage capacitors are nothing to play around with, especially in a damp environment.
I was for fortunate to have two excellent technicians (Gino and Carlos) perform the work. They were knowledgeable and worked hard and did an excellent job. Please extend my thanks to Andrew Gomez who also did and excellent job. I would recommend WeCare to others.
This time W-C provided an inspection on our heating system. Jason Z. was very professional. He explained what would be involved in the inspection and then proceeded with the inspection. When he finished, he went over the entire procedure with us. Thanks Jason, good job!
