Our service visit with David was excellent! In general we love WE Care. They offer great service as a whole and we've never encountered a problem. I have had one tech that seemed more interested in selling me expensive add-ons than really helping out, but for the most part that isn't the case. David was especially thorough and helped me understand our system better to make our AC and heat more efficient (and therefore more cost effective so we can hopefully use it more often). I sincerely appreciate the extra time he took to walk me through each room to make sure the vents were ideally angled for each area, and the care he took in explaining things in a way that made sense without being condescending. We recently purchased WE Care's extended maintenance package and it's well worth the small cost. We will be requesting David for our next maintenance visit.
