The technician was very friendly and outgoing. I appreciated his work.
We had issue with the zone system of our new HVAC. WeCare fixed it in a time efficient manner and tested it in my presence so I could see it worked. My only issue with WeCare is that the company requires a 4-hour window of time in which a service technician will show up at your house. It basically requires me to take an entire day off of work, because I work an hour away from home.
I have always had exceptional service !! Rob is an excellent representative of your company .. He is respectful, conscientious and know his product.
