DUE TO COMPRESSOR OPERATING WITH FAILED CAPACITOR IT MAY HAVE SUSTAINED PERMANENT INTERNAL DAMAGE. UPSTAIRS UNIT HAS BROKEN HANDLE ON DISCONNECT. DISCONNECT MUST BE OPENED BY PRYING.

PROVIDE SECOND OPINION FOR CONDENSATE LEAK AND OVERALL CONDTION OF A/C DIAGNOSIS: AT THIS TIME THE SYSTEM IS NO LONGER LEAKING CONDENSATE. IT DOES APPEAR THE SYSTEM HAD A CLOGGED CONDENSATE LINE. WATER WAS MORE THEN LIKLY OVER FLOWING THE PRIMARY PAN AND BEING BLOWN INTO THE SUPPLY PLENUM. DUE TO THE WAY THE EQUIPMENT WAS INSTALLED THE SECONDARY DRAIN PAN WILL NOT CATCH DRIPING WATER FROM THE PLENUMS. AFTER SPEAKING WITH BETH ABOUT THE OVER ALL CONDITION OF THE SYSTEM AND HOW UNHEALTHY THE COMPRESSOR SOUNDS. WEATHER MASTERS RECOMMENDS REPLACING THE A/C SYSTEM WITH A MORE RELIABLE AND MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM. BETH AND I SPOKE ABOUT THE OPTION OF REPLACING THE STRAIGHT COOL GAS FURNACE WITH A NEW HEAT PUMP SYSTEM.

WEATHER MASTERS CAME TO FOLLOW UP ON THE NEW SYSTEM AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO ISSUES. THE CHARGE ON THE SYSTEM WAS CHECKED. THE CHARGE IS OPTIMAL FOR THE UNIT. SUPER HEAT OF 13 AND SUBCOOL OF 12. THE SYSTEM IS OPERATING NORMALLY AT THIS TIME.
