I had several companies out to look at my issue and I got something different from each one. Not even my home owners insurance would touch it. Within 15 minutes of being at the house, they were able to locate and fix my problem. If I had called them earlier. I wouldn't have a hole in my floor that is going to cost an arm and a leg to fix. I wanted to cry. I wont ever call anyone else out to fix my issues.

Josh is a wonderful person to have come fix your ac. My kids took a liking to him and were curious about what he was doing so they asked a lot of questions and followed him around trying to help. He let them help and answered every question no matter how silly it was. He checked everything and explained things to me so I could understand since I know nothing of an ac unit. He was very friendly and a delight to have come do the repairs. He's a pleasure to work with and I would definitely be calling again asking for him to come back out for maintenance and any repairs. I'd give Josh 10 stars if it were possible. I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything to do with heating and ac. Thank you Josh!

After removing the Lennox gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Haier air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement. Did not get photo of new install.
After removing the Bryant air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement. Did not get photo of new install.
Client requested an estimate to replace a Westinghouse gas furnace and air conditioner. I recommend replacing it with a Five Star 96% Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU) and a Five Star 16 SEER Air Conditioner (Up to 3 ton).
After removing the Arcoaire gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Customer said that the tenant reported the AC to not be working. Upon inspection, I discovered that this was caused due to low-voltage wiring that had become disconnected to the system. Re-secured wiring and restarted system. System is now operational and was cooling the house upon departure.
I removed an unlabeled Electric furnace and Bryant heat pump. I installed a Five Star Multi-Speed 2.5 Ton Electric Furnace / Fan and a Five Star 14 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Ducane gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17" and a Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner, both of which were updated to Carrier equipment at no extra charge. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Kenmorre gas furnace and Mcafee air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Rheem air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.

After removing the American Standard air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner, upgraded to a Carrier at no additional cost to the customer. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Goodman air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 13 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman air conditioner. Upon arrival, the client informed me that the fan was not running and there was no cold air. Upon inspection, I confirmed that the outdoor unit was not coming on and the customer informed me that he had already replaced the passenger and then he had 24 V going to the contactor, but it still would not come on. System had 240 V going from disconnect to contactor, however did not have 240 coming out. I then spoke with the client before replacing the contactor and restarting the system. System is cooling and operational upon departure.
