AC Service Edmond Oklahoma. CHECKED SYSTEM AND FOUND DRAIN PAN DRY,FILTER CLEAN. WENT TO OUTDOOR UNIT AND FOUND EXTREMELY DIRTY CONDENSER COIL. SHOWED CUSTOMER COIL. CLEANED COIL AND CHECKED OPERATIONS. PRESSURES ARE GOOD, TEMP SPLIT IS GOOD. NO FURTHER ISSUES FOUND.
AC Service Edmond Oklahoma. Found system running at low pressures Checked the evaporator, and blower, checked charge of system, added refrigerant. All is cooling well at this time.
AC Service Edmond Oklahoma. Found south unit to have dirtyfilter. Checked both unit and tookfilters out ofsouth. Units are cooling. Other filters on building will need to be changed soon and would recommend having all units clean and checked. Changed filters on south unit that was not cooling.

Installed gauges and checked refrigerant pressures, checked amperage and voltage to all motors, checked air temperature drops across coil, inspected blower wheels and fan blades, checked evaporator superheat temperature, lubricated all necessary parts, inspected belts and adjusted tensions (if required), inspected and cleaned air filters, inspected all safetycontrols, checked start capacitors and relays, checked compressor contactor, inspected all wiring and connections, checked and calibrated thermostat, cleaned condenser coil, and checked condensate drain for adequate flow. All is working fine at this time.
