Preformed one time clean and check on 3 units, checked charge in all units and all read fine, checked temperature split in all units and all read fine, found 2 15 mfd capacitors to be weak, replaced both and continued check, checked all other capacitors and motors and all read fine.

Installed gauges and checked refrigerant pressures, checked amperage and voltage to all motors, checked air temperature drops across coil, inspected blower wheels and fan blades, checked evaporator superheat temperature, lubricated all necessary parts, inspected belts and adjusted tensions (if required), inspected and cleaned air filters, inspected all safetycontrols, checked start capacitors and relays, checked compressor contactor, inspected all wiring and connections, checked and calibrated thermostat, cleaned condenser coil, and checked condensate drain for adequate flow. All is working fine at this time
