I have 3 AC units on my house and one went out. I called around and wasn’t getting response and then I called Yarborough and Sons. I immediately talked to office staff, explained my issues and got an appointment for the next day (on a Friday of a 3 day holiday weekend). The technician, Robert Beard, checked the machine that was out. It was a bad capacitor. He checked the others and another machine had a failing capacitor. He gave me a discount on parts since I was buying more than 1. It was unexpected and nice that he applied a discount even though I didn’t ask for one. Robert explained things as he went along so we would know what was going on. He explained costs up front and got our permission to proceed with repairs before replacing anything. I would definitely use Yarborough and Sons again.
