AC Service Tuttle Oklahoma. Blew out the drain line, and ran a gallon of water through the system to ensure that the drain was functioning as designed. And recharged they system. All is cooling well at this time.
AC Maintenance Tuttle Oklahoma. Performed Air Conditioning Maintenance & Safety Check. Installed gauges and checked refrigerant pressures, checked amperage and voltage to all motors, checked air temperature drops across coil, inspected blower wheels and fan blades, checked evaporator superheat temperature, lubricated all necessary parts, inspected belts and adjusted tensions (if required), inspected and cleaned air filters, inspected all safety controls, checked start capacitors and relays, checked compressor contactor, inspected all wiring and connections, checked and calibrated thermostat, cleaned condenser coil, and checked condensate drain for adequate flow. All is working fine at this time.

AC Service Tuttle Oklahoma. Found the system not running, replaced a control wire and checked operations, all checks good at this time.
AC Service Tuttle Oklahoma. Found the transformer to be bad on the 24 volt side, replaced and found that the board was bad and that the outdoor contactor was shorted across the 24 volt side. I replaced the outside contactor and went back with OEMcircuit board and transformer, both were still under warranty. Tested the system and all is running at this time
AC Maintenance Tuttle Oklahoma. Tested the mini-split system in cooling, pressure looked good and had a 22 degree temperature difference, also checked voltage to make sure that the power coming in was good. Turned it off and tested a couple of times and the system works good.
