Jym was great, but never sent any estimates or additional correspondence to follow up the home visit. When I called to make an appointment, I mentioned it to the scheduler. She seemed to ignore the comment. I never did hear from Jym again. At no time was I unkind or unpleasant during my interactions with your employees. I hope for better in the future. Thank you.
