We purchased a new house and had our fireplace cleaned and inspected. He did a wonderful job and you could tell was very knowledgeable about fireplaces. He kept everything clean and was patient to explain everything to us. Would highly recommend!

Leak around chimney, which roofing company couldn't address. The flashing showed areas where rust had eaten through and holes were made, which allowed water to come into home. Top Notch personnel very quickly addressed the issue and waterproofed the area. Very happy with the speed and friendliness of staff; haven't had rain yet, so unable to speak to the effectiveness. Four stars given because had the Top Notch personnel out last fall to inspect the stove; website states staff will inspect the flashing and make recommendations. The flashing issue was not mentioned during the fall inspection.
