Tom was able to schedule me in a timely fashion. Once at the house, he immediately removed his shoes to keep our house clean, placed large blankets on the floor to protect it just in case there was an accidental spill (there wasn't), and got to work. When he was done, he cleaned up the glass on the fireplace (wasn't expecting that), rolled up his blankets and was done. Fairly quick and painless. Great service!
