Generally faulted for “Overcrank”. While inspecting fuel pressure beyond the solenoid, no pressure was observed while cranking, indicating too much fuel pressure. Once I blead off excess pressure from port before the solenoid, generator started without hesitation. Natural gas regulator will need to be replaced to resolve issue. It is allowing pressure past the diaphragm and creating too much pressure for the fuel solenoid to activate.
