Michael came on Monday 4/20 and said that he would need to return because his leak sniffer was not working. He said that the Freon level was low but he did not want to fill the system until he was able to find the leak if there was one. Drew came on Tuesday 4/21 and he could not find a leak so he filled the Freon and added dye to check for the leak when he returned on Friday 4/24. On this visit he did not find a leak either and that was it. Each visit lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. The techs all observed Covid distancing, wore masks and left the site clean. It seems that if Michael had done what Drew did on the first visit, one less visit would have been necessary.
