Very poor service. Dragged my repair out for weeks, failed to return calls, and never did complete the repair. Would nor recommend them.

We did not complete the repair because of the manufacturer not having the part available, not due to lack of effort, communication, or knowledge on our part. I am glad that the Home Warranty Company was finally able to offer you a second buyout option for you to have your refrigerator replaced after you refused the first buyout option. Working with multiple companies and teams of people to get a project completed can be challenging. We are glad to have a solution.
