I had called a different company prior to calling Accredited Appliance of Scottsdale and still have not had a call back. I called AA of Scottsdale, they answered their phone within minutes received a text From Edward N letting me know he was on his way. He arrived at my door shortly after the text (Covid compliant I might add) went straight to work, diagnosed the problem with my washer in minutes, replaced the part quickly and left no trace he was ever there. The cost was definitely fair. The only negative I would have is the $2.00 check processing fee. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again if a need arises.

Difficult and Troublesome ICE Maker Thermador

Michael was a dogged and careful service engineer who followed the complicated set of error codes the ice maker electronics provided. After a number of steps and a few parts Michael fixed it! This ice maker has been problematic for years. Now it is working better than I have ever seen it. Thank you!!

Everything is fixed...we have ice and our food isn’t defrosting. What really impressed us is that he went to get the new fan and came back to fix it. That way our food wouldn’t defrost. That’s 150% effort in my book.

Eddie was efficient, quickly took apart the dryer, figured out the problem. Parts were ordered and he came back and replaced the element. Everything was replaced as he found it! I brought out the small vacuum to get the lint inside and he took care of it.
