I had called a different company prior to calling Accredited Appliance of Scottsdale and still have not had a call back. I called AA of Scottsdale, they answered their phone within minutes received a text From Edward N letting me know he was on his way. He arrived at my door shortly after the text (Covid compliant I might add) went straight to work, diagnosed the problem with my washer in minutes, replaced the part quickly and left no trace he was ever there. The cost was definitely fair. The only negative I would have is the $2.00 check processing fee. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again if a need arises.
