Both times David, the technician, came, he called ahead of time to let me know his arrival time. He was always prompt. He is polite, friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable having him in my home. The issue was not resolved the first visit, requiring a second visit. David found the problem, fixed it, and did not charge me another fee as it was under warranty. I will continue to call Dependable Repair Services as needed.
Norman the manager needs to work on customer relations. A bad computer board caused my refrigerator to quit working after David installed it. I called to get David back out to fix it and Norman told me I would have to wait 3 days for David to come back out. I called David and he called the office to get me put on his schedule the same day. Norman then allowed David to come fix it. I had explained to Norman that I had $1000 of food going bad but that did not matter to him. Thank goodness for David! He came out and got it running again until a new board came in.
Tyson is great. It took a bit to figure out how my Viking Frig was installed 10 years ago incorrectly. Once he found the issues the system is now back up and running in time for the Thanksgiving festivities and the entire crowd.
Excellent service, the technician was professional, very knowledgeable and thorough.
When I called to schedule the appointment, the scheduler asked for the model/serial numbers. I told her there were none. She gave me several places to check, but there were no numbers. I asked if this was a problem, she said no, the tech could figure it out. The tech spent 10-15 min looking, asking about previous owners, called Jenn-air, then told me there was nothing he could do, that'd be $90, have a nice day.
