When I called to schedule the appointment, the scheduler asked for the model/serial numbers. I told her there were none. She gave me several places to check, but there were no numbers. I asked if this was a problem, she said no, the tech could figure it out. The tech spent 10-15 min looking, asking about previous owners, called Jenn-air, then told me there was nothing he could do, that'd be $90, have a nice day.
