Malachi went above and beyond for us to repair our washing machine. He is very knowledgeable and personable. A different technician told us it couldn’t be repaired, but Malachi found the part and fixed it!!

Malachi was great - found the problem quickly, ordered the part, returned with it and was fast, clean and efficient at replacing the problem part. Also gave me cleaning tips for the washer that either weren't in the manual or I never noticed them. He was great!
