A GE dishwasher was experiencing issues, displaying an error code and failing to drain water from the tub. To diagnose the problem, I initiated a diagnostic cycle, which confirmed the drainage issue. I then reset the Control System Module (CSM) to address the error. Following the reset, I ran another diagnostic cycle to ensure the dishwasher was functioning correctly. The water drained successfully, and the error code was resolved. The dishwasher is now operating normally, with no further drainage issues.
