We were very impressed with our experience with this business. Our ice maker was not functioning. The tech originally thought he needed to replace the manifold and possibly a valve, which would have been over $500 in parts. He ordered the parts, but upon further investigation on his return visit he determined it was a minor, easy fix. He could easily have installed the parts and charged us, but he didn’t. That kind of honesty is worth a lot.
