We lost cooling on our Kitchen-Aid Built-in side-by-side refrigerator. Did some research and zeroed in on Dynamic Appliance Repair. Prompt service and professional. Didn't take long for Scott to determine the problem. Needed a new compressor control board. Although this is a rather unique part, Scott was able to locate one and get expedited shipping. Had it the next day, all is well! Highly recommended!

Justin did fine eliminating the "popping" noise, but the warped door is still there. Replacement parts are not available. We will just live with it until we decide to replace it with a different brand.

Andrew does an adequate/average job. However, I miss the attention to detail that Steve provided with the same service 2 years ago without prompting. Andrew seemed unsure of what he was supposed to do. No internal check of correct temps in refrigerator or freezer, but reset the temps anyway. Was hesitant when I asked if he would move refrig out for additional cleaning (by me) and more. Not what I expected w $149.00 service charge, previously $99 2 yrs ago. Total of 20 mins of service.
