I was called to a Desert Mountain home to repair a Sub-Zero under counter refrigerator that was not cooling well. Upon inspection, I found that the condenser fan blade was worn and needed to be replaced. I also cleaned the condenser coil to ensure proper airflow. After completing the repairs, the refrigerator was cooling properly again.
