I was called to a Desert Mountain home to repair a Kitchenaid built-in refrigerator that was not cooling or lighting up. Upon inspection, I found that the main control board had failed. I replaced the board and the refrigerator was back to normal. I also cleaned the condenser coil for optimal performance.
