Monogram range repair in Sun City West. Range burners aren't igniting. Arrived on site and found lower left and upper right burners to have a very low arc pattern. Lower left hand burner would not light at all without assistance. The unit will need a new spark module to correct the issue. During inspection found left front burner cap tool be plugged up and not allow gas to go through to ignite. Cleaned burner cap and advised customer of my findings.
