I’ve been underwhelmed by appliance service in the past, but I can give Zoom a top recommendation. Tommy diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what was needed, and didn’t try to up sell, or pressure me into fixing what didn’t need repair. Zoom will definitely be my “go to” appliance service.
