I have used Lonestar appliance repair in the past. The customer service was awful and I could never get ahold of the call back person. I would always have to leave her a message. So I searched for a new company to use. Zoom appliance was great! I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. I did not have to call and call to check on when the repairs would be done. The parts were replaced when promised! I will be using Zoom from now on!
