I had an issue with the septic tank outside my rental home after a week of moving in. I specifically asked that the person who was coming to my home to call prior and after so that we could dialogue about the issue to ensure it was taken care of as I would not be home. No one ever called. This lead to the plumber coming out to my house again because the issue was not resolved. Again I asked for a call, not done. An email was sent by your company to havenbrooke homes, indicating that we as the residents were flushing baby wipes down the toilet and foreign objects which is inaccurate, especially since we just moved in. This issue was active prior to my move in. The septic tank remains unsealed which needs to be addressed!
