Resident water is running brown and water heater is new
The resident is requesting maintenance to come to light the hot water heater because they do not have hot water. The resident contacted the gas company but they were not able to light the plight.
Kitchen sink has a leak and kitchen sink also has no hot water. Call office for pricing before submitting an estimate.
Water leak in yard. Water has been shut off to home.
Estimate to extend the T&P line for the water heater up to an additional 10' longer to reach the outside of the house because when the water heater pop up enables it floods the garage. Technicians will need to cut into the existing t&p line. Once the technicians have cut into the existing T&P line, technicians will run up to 10' of new cpvc piping to run the line outside. Once all proper connections have been made to the new installation, technicians will check for leaks and test for proper function.
Estimate to replace two angle stops under the master bathroom sink because they are leaking and clear the bathtub drain line because it is backing up. Technicians will need to turn the water off to the house and drain the system. Once the system has been drained. technicians will cut out and remove the existing two angle stops under the bathroom sink in the master bathroom. After removing the existing two angle stops, technicians will install the two new angle stops. Once all proper connections have been made to the new installation, technicians will turn the water back on to the house slowly allowing pressure to stabilize. Upon restoring water to the house, technicians will check for leaks and test for proper function. Technicians will also use a drain cleaning device to try and remove the blockage from inside of the line. Once the technicians have cleared the line, they will flush the line to ensure proper flow.
