My father was a builder who always paid special care to detail, as well as structural soundness. I never thought, in today's world, that his attention to detail could be matched. So when I was looking for a builder to build my elevated screened porch/deck, I hoped that I could find one which came close to the quality of work that my Dad did. I was surprised: BNW's quality of work exceeded our expectations. Once they got started, they finished my addition in a little over six weeks! As I watched the construction crew work, I saw that everything they did was of the highest quality. The finishing team took extra care in ensuring that all of our requirements were met and added amenities that we did not expect. Daily supervision by the construction foreman, Dan, made sure that everything was done in the best possible way. I highly recommend BNW for whatever building project you have in mind.

We needed to replace our deck and we contracted BNW to tear our old deck down and replace it with a new covered deck. We choose the Wolf decking material so we wouldn't have to worry about treating and replacing wood in the future. They did an excellent job in all aspects from start to finish. The workers were here exactly on time every day. When it rained a half day on Friday they came back on Saturday to finish what they had started. We will certainly use them again in the future and would highly recommend them for any home improvements.

BNW built a deck on the back of our house to honor my late father and I have never been so pleased! The work was quick and so perfectly done! All of the workers were extremely friendly and so polite. The deck is so much more than I could have asked for and so incredibly sturdy! They even included a handicap railing for my mother! My Dad truly would have loved it! I am so blessed and proud to have met these guys and I will surely hire them for my future building needs!

I had my large deck and fencing around my pool replaced by BNW. The professionalism of the work crew was extraordinary - arrival, work ethic, and workmanship! They replaced my deck from the ground up. Dan, the foreman was excellent - communicating with me and listening to my input or concerns. I wasn't even home when the fencing was done, but Dan contacted me for clarification and input and the fencing was placed just as I wanted it! They cleaned up the work site every day. Dan saw that the couple of minor things damaged were replaced.

Everyone that we were in contact with at BNW Builders gave excellent customer service. David Guarnieri explained the scope of the work in great detail, and he offered great suggestions such as providing us with Kevin Watson's contact information for staining the deck, Steve did a great job removing the old deck and building the new deck. Tommy was a great supervisor on the vinyl siding. We were very pleased with the work done to replace our back entry and storm doors. Brett Morgan did a great job with picking up the extra supplies. He went the extra mile by planting grass seed and adding hay to protect it. We appreciate all the updates from Dan Swords. Dan's leadership along with Wayne got the deck, doors and vinyl siding jobs completed in a timely manner. We are very thankful for everyone at BNW Builders that helped us with these projects!

McCracken job: removed and rebuilt front porch
Haynes job: removed and replaced front and rear decks and added new decks and screened porch
Poarch job: removed old deck. Built new wolf pvc deck with screened porch. Aluminum handrails.
Just finished up the Haldeman home! New roof and new gutters!
Finishing up the Charles job today. We started with angle cut rafters and oversized crown molding- now we have a clean flat surface for our Guttershutter. What’s pictured is all that’s left to get finished off with gutter. Proud of how this turned out
