BNW Builders removed our existing deck, put in a new foundation and built a new deck. No visible screws-the deck met our expectations and beyond.The guys were there everyday first thing in the morning and worked a full day. They cleaned up everything beautifully after the job. What really sets a company apart is how they work with you when you want to make a last minute change. We decided to change the 5ft step, which was already installed, to a 25ft step to go the width of the deck. They listened and it was a done deal in no time. We decided this because the 5ft step was so good looking, we wanted more of it. So happy with this last minute change. To let you know how my husband and I feel about the workmanship done by BNW, while they we working on the deck, we signed another contract for a screened porch to be built over part of the deck. We interviewed multiple contractors and from day one, after meeting with Scott, we knew they were the one to do the job. My husband's business partner came to our house and saw the BNW truck, he told us they had done work at his home, also, and he was 100% satisfied. BNW strives for customer satisfaction and we highly recommend them!!!!
